Register a Macau Company
Within the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the three regions of Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao are geographically close yet each has its advantages. Among them, Macau is a highly open economic and free trade port with a prime location, comprehensive infrastructure, no foreign exchange controls, and free capital inflow and outflow, thus attracting many investors to register companies in Macau.

Conditions for Registering a Company in Macau
1.Number of Shareholders: Generally, there are 2 to 30 shareholders, without nationality restrictions. Macau allows for a single shareholder, but the certificate will indicate "XXX Sole Proprietor Limited Company."
2.Directors and Secretary: Shareholders must appoint one or more directors responsible for the management of the company. Directors are not restricted by nationality (Macau limited companies do not need to appoint a statutory secretary);
3.Registered Address: A registered address in Macau is required (our company can provide this).
4.Registered Capital: A minimum of 25,000 MOP, with no upper limit (amounts above 25,000 will incur stamp duty).

Registration Process

2.The client fills out the power of attorney, submits a copy of valid identification documents, and signs the agreement.
3.Payment of fees.
4.Our company will create statutory documents based on the content of the power of attorney for the client to sign. After signing, the original documents should be mailed to our company along with the original passport.
5.Submission to government departments for processing the relevant procedures.
6.Completion of company registration.
