Seychelles Company Registration
Seychelles is an archipelago nation located in the Indian Ocean off the eastern coast of Africa. Seychelles is an independent republic within the Commonwealth, and its corporate law is primarily governed by the International Business Companies Act, making company registration, operation, and taxation simpler than in China. Seychelles has a stable political environment and favorable trade policies, providing a high-quality business environment for overseas investors. With the continuous development of international trade, Seychelles is attracting more and more international investors with its good international reputation and relatively low annual registration fees.
